Leaf is my identity, looks fragile, simple, but necessary, and it's green as it's alive, only lonely, as it's alone in the jungle of life.
Yes, the existence of leaf is not limited merely by space and time, but simply comes and goes following the cycle of life.

That's how the stories here are narrated, as it was witnessed by the lonely green leaf.

Just remember, life is not really alive when you cannot use and express your own imagination freely.
But if that's happen, just read the leaf imagination narrated here, and dream of it.

Bazaar Indonesia 2012

Perfect, I am now full, satisfied, happy and sleepy, but let me share a great experience of attending Bazaar Indonesia 2012 held at Wisma Indonesia, Tilden Street Washington DC.

The bazaar intended to celebrate the 67th Indonesia Independence day. A pretty interesting thing on the bazaar was Indonesian food and beverage! Yeah, the most “sense of loss” of Indonesian, who lives abroad, is always the Indonesia cuisine. Wow, there was a variety of food available: gudeg, tahu isi, sate ayam, sate padang, dendeng balado, rujak cingur, empek-empek, batagor, siomay, rempeyek teri, tekwan, mie ayam, sayur kecombrang, es blewah, es teler, teh botol and many more, incredible! Sorry, is too complicated to explain the food detail in English (but they are all delicious), so please just google it, and here is the pics of some.

Well, if you are in Indonesia, all the above food won’t be so interesting, because you can easily find it at every corner of cities, and even you can simply cook. But, if you are far away from the motherland, with all limitation (of ingredients and spices), trust me: the feeling is totally different! Then look at what I'd bought to go: empek-empek, batagor, ikan balado, rempeyek teri, gudeg and sambel krecek. Yay, I’m free of cooking for days, awesome.

Hey, except the cuisine, bazaar also has interesting points such as handicrafts shops, music performances and many things. The funny thing was finding my friends wear shirt with rectangular pattern of blue, red and white colors. As it is now a new trend of fashion in Indonesia, following the recently election of Jakarta governor, as one of the most favorable candidate, named “Jokowi”, creatively take that shirt pattern as their unique uniform. Thanks guys for posing, hehehe, and as I’d promised, I won’t show your face.

Phew, telling the story and editing the pics has made me hungry (again), and yay, I would have a wonderful second dinner to satisfy my hunger. Ok, I have to go, sampai jumpa lagi temans.
